Booking
To guarantee the best possible visit experience, booking is recommended and it is mandatory for all school groups and other groups of 8 or more.
From May 1st to July 4th, we are no longer able to receive additional bookings.
You can always send us an email at info@belexpo.brussels to let us know about your booking request. In case we have a cancellation, we will be happy to welcome you.
Would you like to book for the 2025-2026 school year? For the moment it is not yet possible. If you leave us your contact details by email, we will contact you as soon as reservations are possible.
Visits with specific needs
Is your group composed of individuals with specific needs? Do you have many wheelchair users, students who are hard of hearing or who are visually impaired? Are you a teacher in special education? Would you like to visit with newcomers or other groups who do not speak one of the three languages of the exhibition? Or any other group situation for which you think you need specific support? BELEXPO is open to all! Contact us so we can find the most appropriate solution together.
